You have your own goals, obviously, whether they include taking over an industry or just making a good, reliable living for yourself and your family. I'm pretty confident, though, that one thing is *critical* to achieving those goals:
Consistent Positive Cash Flow.
Why? Because activity isn't Cash.
*Profit* isn't Cash.

You've probably had months where you felt like you were working like mad, making sales and getting sh*t done, but you're still not actually getting ahead.
If you're like most business owners, you've had months where you wonder why you're in the black on paper but you feel broke, or why you're flush with cash but your financials show huge losses.
I'll say it again: Profit. Isn't. Cash.
But cash is still what your business lives and dies by. Without cash, you can't pay the team helping you build your empire. You can't pay the businesses that provide tools, products, and services that you rely on to make money. You can't take that cash *out* of the business to keep a roof over your head and food on your table.
What are you doing to build consistent, positive cash flow?
Do you have anyone to help you see the bigger picture of your business right now to make the most effective changes in that direction?
