Saw this post in a group the other day and it made me cringe pretty hard.

On the one hand, sure. Needing constant motivation is a red flag. Maybe what you're trying to do is really someone else's goal, or just not something that speaks to you the way it once did.

On the other hand, we live in a world where weaponized distraction is everywhere. I don't think it's too unreasonable for a lot of us as business owners to find ourselves in places where motivation, focus, and drive are hard to come by. Building a business is hard. Every day you'll have people and algorithms grabbing at your attention and giving you wild geese to chase.

What if it's not about motivation? What if it's really clarity and focus that you need?

You probably won't have started a business without a goal for yourself, whether to build a living, to build an empire, or something in between. Do you have someone who can help you maintain your focus on doing what you need to to move the needle? Do you have someone to help you avoid tangents, distractions, and hype so you can execute on the Important stuff?

Whether you need to build more cashflow to support your lifestyle outside of work or you need to manage your resources better to get your business thriving, we can help. Let's get in touch.
